Prime Contract Executed Sample Clauses

Prime Contract Executed. By executing a Work Authorization and/or commencing the Work, Subcontractor represents and acknowledges that Subcontractor has reviewed or has been given ample opportunity to review the Prime Contract and the terms of the Prime Contract have no affect on the cost or time of Subcontractor's performance of the Work.
