Primary Tasks. All work covered under this type will have a unit cost associated with each task to be performed. During contract negotiations, the CONSULTANT and DEPARTMENT will agree to a unit cost for each of the traffic data collection activities that fall into this category. These unit costs will be used throughout the duration of this Agreement but may be revised according to conditions agreed upon by both parties. The CONSULTANT may be required to conduct the following unit-based activities: A. Average Daily Traffic (ADT) Counts
