Primary Reports. 1. The DOE shall complete and transmit D1 reports for the following primary documents to EPA and TDEC for review and comment in accordance with the provisions of this Section: a. Community Relations Plan; b. Remedial Site Evaluation Report(s); c. RI/FS Work Plan(s); d. RI Report(s); e. FS Reports(s); f. Proposed (Remedial Action) Plan(s); g. Record(s) of Decision; h. Remedial Design Work Plan(s); i. Remedial Design Report(s); j. Remedial Action Work Plan(s); k. Phased Construction Completion Report(s)*; l. Remedial Action Report(s); m. LLLW Tank Implementation Plans & Schedules;
