Primary Policy contain a provision confirming that the policy is primary without right of contribution, and the liability of the insurers will not be affected by any other insurance of which any Indemnitee or Lessee may have the benefit so as to reduce the amount payable to the additional insureds under such policies.
Primary Policy. Parties contracting directly with the Owner must have their policy endorsed to reflect that their insurance coverage is primary over any other applicable insurance coverage available. Any insurance or self-insurance available to the Owner shall be in excess of and non-contributing with any insurance required.
