Primary Horizontal Control Network Placement & Reporting i. Place and reference primary control points (CP).
ii. Establish ground coordinates (Modified State Plane) based on Johnson County Control Network (NAD 83 ▇▇▇▇) on control points.
iii. Input control point descriptions and values into HNTB-provided spreadsheet tables.
iv. Quality control review of field data and table input by the KVE Professional Surveyor
Primary Horizontal Control Network Placement & Reporting i. Place and reference three (3) primary control points (CP) at each intersection. Local property or section corners may be used as CP.
ii. On-site benchmarks and control points will be connected using an “Engineering Level” to validate the relative differences between stations.
iii. Establish ground coordinates (Modified State Plane) based on (NAD83/2011) on control points.
iv. Input control-point descriptions and values into HNTB-provided spreadsheet tables.
v. Quality control review of field data and table input by the KVE Professional Surveyor.
