Primary Entity. Subject to the other terms in this Article 2, each of Brookfield and the Service Providers acknowledges and agrees that, during the Term, the BBP Group will serve as the primary entity through which acquisitions of Services and Industrial Operations will be made by Brookfield and its Affiliates on a global basis.
