Common use of Primary Duties Clause in Contracts

Primary Duties. Employee is hereby employed by Employer as Executive Vice President of State Bank and, subsequent to the merger, as Executive Vice President of Prosperity Bank. Employee shall perform such work as may be assigned to him subject to the instructions, directions, and control of Employer and all such duties shall be consistent with the type of nature of work normally performed by senior banking officers.

Primary Duties. Employee is hereby employed by Employer as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of State Bank and, subsequent to the merger, as Executive Prosperity and Vice President Chairman of Prosperity Bank. Employee shall have such responsibilities, duties and authority customarily accorded to and expected of a banking officer holding such positions and shall perform such other work as may be assigned to him subject to the instructions, directions, and control of Employer and all such duties Employer, which shall be consistent with the type of nature of work normally performed by senior banking officers.
