Primary Contact. Titan and Braeburn each shall appoint a person (a “Development Primary Contact”) to be the primary contact between the Parties with respect to development and to coordinate related correspondence between the Parties. The Development Primary Contact of each Party as of the Effective Date is set forth on Schedule 3.1. Each Party shall notify the other in writing as soon as practicable upon changing its Development Primary Contact. The Development Primary Contact of each Party will be one of its representatives on the Development Committee.
