PRIMARY ACCREDITED Clause Samples
The 'PRIMARY ACCREDITED' clause establishes that a party, typically an insurer or service provider, must hold primary accreditation or certification from a recognized authority. This means that the party is required to meet certain standards or qualifications before engaging in the contract or providing services. For example, an insurance company may need to be accredited as a primary carrier by a regulatory body, or a contractor may need to hold a primary license relevant to the work. The core function of this clause is to ensure that only qualified and officially recognized parties participate, thereby reducing risk and ensuring compliance with industry or legal standards.
