  • Underwriting Methodology The methodology used in underwriting the extension of credit for each Mortgage Loan employs objective mathematical principles which relate the related Mortgagor's income, assets and liabilities to the proposed payment and such underwriting methodology does not rely on the extent of the related Mortgagor's equity in the collateral as the principal determining factor in approving such credit extension. Such underwriting methodology confirmed that at the time of origination (application/approval) the related Mortgagor had a reasonable ability to make timely payments on the Mortgage Loan;

  • Accounting Method For both financial and tax reporting purposes, the books and records of the Company shall be kept on the accrual method of accounting applied in a consistent manner and shall reflect all Company transactions and be appropriate and adequate for the Company’s business.

  • Voting Method Unless otherwise provided by law, when a vote is taken upon any measure before the Board, with a quorum being present, a majority of the votes cast shall determine its outcome.   • Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C.1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B.   • PRICING/AUDIT The Contractor shall establish and maintain a reasonable accounting system, which enables ready identification of Contractor’s cost of goods and use of funds. Such accounting system shall also include adequate records and documents to justify all prices for all items invoiced as well as all charges, expenses and costs incurred in providing the goods for at least five (5) years after completion of this contract. The County or its designee shall have access to such books, records, subcontract(s), financial operations, and documents of the Contractor or its subcontractors, as required to comply with this section for the purpose of inspection or audit anytime during normal business hours at the Contractor's place of business. This right to audit shall include the Contractor’s subcontractors used to procure goods under the contract with the County. Contractor shall ensure the County has these same rights with subcontractors and suppliers.
