Pricing for Work. As compensation for the Work, Quad will charge and Client will pay the fees, commissions and other charges (“Fees”) more fully described in the applicable Order. All Fees will be set forth in each Order, but if an Order does not include a Fee for the Work, Client will be charged at rate(s) separately quoted by Quad and agreed to by Client.
