Pricing Alteration. In order to ensure fairness in payment for services based on the amount of work required to operate the speed monitoring system, BLS and the Municipality will re-evaluate the pricing provided above (in Exhibit C) six months after the system “start date” and adjust as appropriate. This pricing may be changed by agreement of both parties or in the event of changes to the empowering statute.
