PRICES QUOTED. Prices quoted must be net of discounts. Discounts will be considered in the determination of best value Supplier, provided discounts correspond for the duration of the contract. Where net is equal to bid with discount deducted, award will be made to the net bid. The Supplier shall extend and total the bids.
