If Alien commits to purchase an annual volume of Products in excess of fifty million units (in addition to the Minimum Purchase Amount) under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Impinj agrees that the purchase prices for such Products shall be no higher than the prices set forth in Section 6(b).
