Price Transparency. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall promptly inform Annie’s of any modification or deviation (including any increase or decrease) of costs associated or otherwise realized with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement that are identified as “Pass Through” items on Schedule 5.1 (“Pass Through Costs”). Adjustments for Pass Through costs shall be made periodically, on a dollar for dollar basis for any increase or decrease in costs incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. Annie’s shall be entitled to audit such price transparency in accordance with Section 8.2 of this Agreement.
