Price Term. Refer to the Pricing Matrix included in Schedule C for all pricing. Prices listed in Schedule C are fixed for the contract term, and represent the maximum prices per item. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contractor is authorized to negotiate pricing with individual counties that are lower than the prices listed in Schedule C. Any and all lower negotiated prices must be communicated to the Program Manager immediately as they are finalized.
