Price Term. Pricing is firm for the entire length of the Contract.

Price Term. The goods under this Contract, including the Basic Engineering Package and Detail Engineering Package and Tagged Major Equipment and Materials shall be delivered by THE SELLER on the basis of Delivery Duty Paid (“DDP”), subject to INCOTERMS 2010.
