PRICE REVISION Airframe Price Revision Formula The Base Price of each of the Airframe of each A320 NEO Family Aircraft will be revised to the actual Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with the revision formula set forth in Exhibit "K" hereto unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.
