Common use of Price Consideration Clause in Contracts

Price Consideration. The Price for the relevant services set out in Section 2.1 to be effective from 1 April each year shall be agreed in advance between the two parties on the basis of the principles for partnership working as set out at schedule A, as may be amended from time to time. A first-year estimate is provided at schedule B. In addition, either party shall be entitled to be reimbursed its reasonable disbursements actually and properly incurred in connection with the Services subject to production of receipts and documentation relating to them. If any law or regulatory requirements are brought into force after the date of this Agreement which increases the cost of the provision of the Services, the additional cost shall be borne by the other party.
