Common use of PRICE AND REVENUE Clause in Contracts

PRICE AND REVENUE. Theater shall establish the admission price for the Show and the cost to the audience of any and all beverage and food service and shall retain all revenues therefrom. Theater agrees to pay all taxes on admissions to Show, plus cabaret taxes and sales taxes as well as ASCAP, SESAC and BMI licensing fees.
