Previously Provided Documents. The copies of all agreements, instruments and other documents (including governmental licenses, authorizations, permits, consents and approvals and all amendments or waivers relating to any of the foregoing) that have been previously made available to JonesTrading or their counsel are complete and genuine and include all material collateral and supplemental agreements thereto, if any.
