Previously Held Position. A position within the City’s classification system to which the employee has been formally appointed and successfully completed probation.
Previously Held Position. An Employee who returns to a previously held position within the geographic health district shall be paid at the step in the range at which the Employee was being paid when last occupied that position. Rate of Pay when Setting Up in Second Position The salary rate for other than full-time Employees who are employed in more than one classification shall be established consistent with the terms of Article Pay Upon Promotion, Article Lateral Transfer Within the Same Pay Grade and Article Pay Upon Demotion.

  • Complete Portfolio Holdings From Shareholder Reports Containing a Summary Schedule of Investments; and

  • Calculation of Number and Percentage of Beneficial Ownership of Outstanding Voting Shares For purposes of this Agreement, the percentage of Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by any Person, shall be and be deemed to be the product (expressed as a percentage) determined by the formula: 100 x A/B where: A = the number of votes for the election of all directors generally attaching to the Voting Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person; and B = the number of votes for the election of all directors generally attaching to all outstanding Voting Shares.   • HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.
