PREVIOUS REPRESENTATION. Seller understands that Sponsoring Broker and/or Seller’s Designated Agent may have previously represented a buyer who is interested in Seller’s property. During that representation, Sponsoring Broker and/or Seller’s Designated Agent may have learned material information about the buyer that is considered confidential. Under the law, neither Sponsoring Broker nor Seller’s Designated Agent may disclose any such confidential information to Seller.
