PREVIOUS REPRESENTATION. Buyer understands that Brokerage or Designated Agent(s) may have previously 134 represented the seller from whom Buyer wishes to purchase property. During that representation, Brokerage or Designated 135 Agent(s) may have learned information about the seller that is considered confidential. Under the law, neither Brokerage 136 nor Designated Agent(s) may disclose any such confidential information to Buyer even though Brokerage and Designated 137 Agent(s) now represent Buyer.
