Previous cover. The Insurance may exclude liability in respect of Claims where another professional indemnity insurance contract for a period earlier than the Coverage Period entitles the Insured to be indemnified in respect of the same Claim. Save as specified in this clause 6.4, the Insurance must comply with clause 5.6.
Previous cover. This insured section excludes liability and does not cover any claims in respect of which the insured is entitled to be indemnified under a professional indemnity insurance contract for a period earlier than the period of insurance, whether by reason of notification of circumstances under the earlier contract or otherwise.
