Preventing Abuse Clause Samples

Preventing Abuse. You agree that if a SLD corresponds with a two-character country-code TLD (“ccTLD”), You have an obligation to take reasonably necessary measures to avoid confusion with the corresponding ccTLD.
Preventing Abuse. 13.1 We strive to make sure that your experience of using the Service is positive and rewarding, and as a result we may contact you from time to time during your use of the Service to check that you are satisfied with how things are going and to verify that Professionals and other Users are complying with their obligations to you and us. You understand and agree that we may contact you from time to time for these purposes and that, in the interests of maintaining the quality and integrity of the Service, you will respond promptly and truthfully to any reasonable requests for information.
