Preventing Abuse Clause Samples

The 'Preventing Abuse' clause is designed to prohibit and restrict any misuse or exploitation of the agreement, its terms, or the services provided under it. Typically, this clause outlines specific behaviors or actions that are considered abusive, such as fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or attempts to circumvent security measures. By clearly defining unacceptable conduct, the clause helps protect all parties from harm or unfair advantage, ensuring the agreement is used as intended and reducing the risk of legal or operational issues arising from abusive practices.
