Client agrees to take appropriate measures so as to protect against the misuse and/or unauthorized access of such information. Client agrees that OPENonline may temporarily suspend Client’s access pending an investigation of Client’s use or access. Client agrees to cooperate fully with any and all investigations. If any misuse or unauthorized access is found, OPENonline may immediately terminate this Agreement.
