Prevailing Wage Offset. The Prevailing Wage Contribution made on behalf of a Participant for the Plan Year will (select one if A(1) is selected above): ¨ (1) Offset the amount allocated or contributed on behalf of such Participant under Article V for the Plan Year. ¨ (2) Not offset the amount allocated or contributed on behalf of such Participant under Article V for the Plan Year.
