Pressure, Temperature Clause Samples

Pressure, Temperature. Buyer may measure the atmospheric pressure or may assume the atmospheric pressure to be 13.2
Pressure, Temperature. Processor may measure the atmospheric pressure or may assume the atmospheric pressure to be 14.7 psia. Processor may determine the gas temperature by using a recording thermometer; otherwise, the temperature will be assumed to be 60° F.
Pressure, Temperature. Buyer may measure the atmospheric pressure or may assume the atmospheric pressure to be 13.2 psia. Buyer may determine gas temperature by using a recording thermometer, otherwise, the temperature will be assumed to be 60°F. The specific gravity will be determined annually, or more often at Buyer deems advisable.
Pressure, Temperature a. The Pump casing shall operate without leakage or internal contact between rotating and stationary components. Internal clearances shall be maintained as specified in applicable standard. b. The casing shall be designed to withstand simultaneously MAWP (Max. Allowable Working Pressure) at corresponding temperature and the worst-case combination of twice the allowable nozzle loads as per applicable standard. c. In case of Centrifugal Pumps, radial split casings shall be used for any of the following operating conditions:- i. Pumping temperature of 200 deg. C or higher (a lower temperature limit should be considered if thermal shock is probable). ii. Flammable or hazardous pumped liquid with a relative density of less than 0.7 at the specified pumping temperature. iii. Flammable or hazardous pumped liquid at a rated discharge pressure above 100 bar. For applications like pipeline products transfer, feed water etc. pumps designed as per proven vendor standards shall also be acceptable for MAWP of higher than 100 bars. d. The maximum allowable speed rating for reciprocating pumps shall be as per applicable standard. e. Pulsation suppression shall be provided at the discharge of all metering pumps.

Related to Pressure, Temperature

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • DELIVERY PRESSURE ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use due care and diligence to furnish gas hereunder at such uniform pressure as Seller may elect up to, but not exceeding 20 pounds per square inch gauge, and not less than 5 pounds per square inch gauge, at the "Point of Delivery". Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.

  • Meters 7.1.1 For installation of Meters, Meter testing, Meter calibration and Meter reading and all matters incidental thereto, the SPD and SECI shall follow and be bound by the Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006, the Grid Code, as amended and revised from time to time. 7.1.2 The SPD shall bear all costs pertaining to installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, renewal and repair of meters at SPD’s side of Delivery Point. 7.1.3 In addition to ensuring compliance of the applicable codes, the SPD shall install Main & Check meters at the Delivery Point, along with Stand-by meter(s) as per the applicable Central/State regulations. 7.1.4 In case of pooling of multiple Projects, power from multiple Projects can be pooled at a Pooling Substation prior to the Delivery point and the combined power can be fed at Delivery point through a common transmission line from the Pooling Substation. In such cases, ABT compliant sub-meters as per relevant regulation/approval are also to be set up at pooling substation for individual projects in addition to the meters at Delivery Point as described in clause 7.1.3.

  • Outputs Analogue and digital outputs of protected content are allowed if they meet the requirements in this section and if they are not forbidden elsewhere in this Agreement..
