Common use of Press Releases and Announcements Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Announcements. No Party shall issue (and each Party shall cause its Affiliates not to issue) any press release or public disclosure relating to the subject matter of this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other Party; provided, however, that any Party may make any public disclosure it believes in good faith is required by Law, regulation or stock exchange rule (in which case the disclosing Party shall advise the other Party or Parties and the other Party or Parties shall, to the extent permitted by Law, have the right to review and comment on such press release or announcement, and the disclosing Party shall incorporate all reasonable comments of the other Party, prior to its publication).

Press Releases and Announcements. No Neither Party shall issue (and each Party shall cause its Affiliates not to issue) any press release or public disclosure relating to the subject matter of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document without the prior written approval of the other Party; provided, however, that either Party (or any Party Affiliate of either Party) may make any public disclosure it believes in good faith is required by Lawlaw, regulation or stock exchange rule (in which case the disclosing Party (or the Party whose Affiliate intends to make such disclosure) shall advise the other Party or Parties and the other Party or Parties shall, to the extent permitted by Lawif practicable, have the right to review and comment on such press release or announcement, and the disclosing Party shall incorporate all reasonable comments of the other Party, announcement prior to its publication).
