Press Release and Related Matters. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit Party) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One or of any of its Affiliates, the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One or any of its Affiliates is party without the prior written consent of Capital One or such Affiliate except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting with Capital One.

Press Release and Related Matters. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit Party) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One any Lender or Affiliate of any of its AffiliatesLender, the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One any Lender or any of its Affiliates Affiliate of any Lender is party without the prior written consent of Capital One such Lender or such Affiliate except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting with Capital Onesuch Lender.

No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates Subsidiaries to, issue any press release or other public disclosure in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit Party) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One Agent or of any of its Affiliates, the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One or any of its Affiliates Agent is party without the prior written consent of Capital One or such Affiliate Agent except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting with Capital OneAgent.

No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit Party) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One Credit Suisse or of any of its Affiliates, the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One or any of its Affiliates Agent is party without the prior written consent of Capital One or such Affiliate Credit Suisse except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting with Capital OneCredit Suisse.

No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit PartyParty or as required under any Requirement of Law) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One or of any of its Affiliates, the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One or any of its Affiliates is party without the prior written consent of Capital One or such Affiliate Affiliate, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting with Capital One.

No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit Party) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One the Administrative Agent or of any of its Affiliates, Affiliates or the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One or any of its Affiliates is party without the prior written consent of Capital One the Administrative Agent or such Affiliate except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting with Capital Onethe Administrative Agent.

No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure (other than any document filed with any Governmental Authority relating to a public offering of securities of any Credit Party) using the name, logo or otherwise referring to Capital One Barclays or of any of its Affiliates, the Loan Documents or any transaction contemplated herein or therein to which Capital One or any of its Affiliates Administrative Agent is party without the prior written consent of Capital One or such Affiliate Barclays except to the extent required to do so under applicable Requirements of Law and then, only after consulting (including in any document filed with Capital Oneany Governmental Authority describing the financing provided hereunder).
