The Press Communications clause governs how and when parties to an agreement may communicate with the media or make public announcements regarding the contract or their relationship. Press Communications. Neither party shall originate any publicity, news release or public announcement, written or oral relating to this Agreement, including its existence, without the prior written approval of the other party.
