Preserved redundancy Sample Clauses

Preserved redundancy. If an employee covered by this Appendix was, immediately prior to the date of this Agreement, eligible to a higher redundancy payment than that provided for in the Agreement, the employee will continue to be eligible to receive that higher redundancy payment until such time as that amount is exceeded by the redundancy payment in the Agreement.
