Preservation. In the event of a transfer, assignment, novation or amendment of the rights and/or the obligations under this Credit Agreement and any other Loan Documents, all security interests, guarantees and privileges created under or in connection with the Loan Documents shall automatically and without any formality be preserved for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Assignee and the other Secured Parties for all purposes.
