Common use of Preservation of Marks Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Marks. To the extent the failure to do so --------------------- would cause a Material Adverse Effect and the Debtor reasonably believes it to be consistent with good business practice, the Debtor agrees to use its Marks in interstate commerce during the time in which this Agreement is in effect, sufficiently to preserve such Marks as trademarks or service marks registered under the laws of the United States or applicable foreign jurisdictions.
