Presentation Material. The Arranger shall assist the Client in preparing a prospectus and/or other presentation material to shareholders and/or potential investors in connection with the Transaction, based on the information the Arranger receives from the Client. The Arranger has no obligation to contribute to advertisement, distribute information and/or documentation that according to the Arranger’s opinion is misleading or insufficient.

Presentation Material. University shall have the right to make and use photographs, videographs, motion picture films, and/or audio recordings made by the University, its employees or agents (collectively, “Presentation Material”) solely for the University’s use including, but not limited to, placing the Presentation Material on University’s Internet websites or in any publication produced or sponsored by University. University shall not use Client’s name as an endorsement of the Programs without the prior written consent of Client.
