Presentation Information. The Speaker agrees to provide the services required in preparing and presenting the presentation for the Governor’s Institute. The Speaker agrees to teach the full number of hours specified and join the virtual presentation at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Please supply and/or edit the title(s) below as needed. Session Title/Topic: Interdisciplinary Model Programs in Hospital Settings for OUD (This session will be co-presented with Drs. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇) Date: Saturday, April 10, 2021 Time: 12:30pm-1:30pm # of Hours: 1 hour All presentations must be submitted for CME review no later than Monday, March 22nd for review by the Governor’s Institute for CME purposes. Final presentations are due on Monday, April 5th. Governor’s Institute agrees to compensate the Speaker at the rate of [$300.00] for all the Speaker's services rendered in conjunction with the conference.
