Presentation and Performance Sample Clauses

Presentation and Performance. The Artist may take part in one (1) Presentation and (1) Performance on a single day without additional compensation provided that the running time of the Presentation is less than sixty (60) minutes and the running time of the Performance is less than two and a half (2 1/2) hours. For any activity in excess of these limits, and provided for on the Artist’s COA Engagement Contract, the Artist will receive an additional payment of one-fifth (1/5) of their weekly fee.
