Present Division. The Division results in two-lots, namely: The La Pas Estes Contigo Parcel (approximately 2.5 acres) owned and controlled by ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇; and The ▇▇▇▇ Family Trust Parcel (approximately 77.5 acres) owned and controlled by the ▇▇▇▇ Family Trust. Applicant is not planning any immediate development or improvements on the La Pas Estes Contigo Parcel, other than an additional domestic well to be placed on that particular Parcel.
