Presence at tests. Subject to clause 16.2, each Party may have a representative present during the erection or alteration of Receipt Stations or Delivery Stations, and at any reading, inspection, testing, calibration, repairing or maintenance of Measuring Equipment and if the User is not the person who consumes Gas at the Delivery Point, a representative of that person may also be present during the testing or measurement of the Measuring Equipment at that Delivery Point.
