Prescriber Allowances. 9.14.1 Where a Charge Nurse, Deputy Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse has been appointed to a Prescriber – Primary Health and Specialty, they will be paid an allowance of $5 per hour. 9.14.2 Where a Charge Nurse, Deputy Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse has been appointed to a Prescriber – Community Health, they will be paid an allowance of $3 per hour. 9.14.3 The allowances will be added to the base rate and be payable on all hours and will attract penal rates and overtime.
