Common use of Prequalification Clause in Contracts

Prequalification. As required by the Comprehensive Agreement, Contractor is prequalified with the Department in accordance with the Department’s applicable Rules Governing Prequalification Privileges, and covenants that it will not subcontract any part of the TTMS Work to a Subcontractor who is not prequalified with the Department in accordance with the Department’s applicable Rules Governing Prequalification Privileges, unless otherwise indicated in the Comprehensive Agreement; provided, that this restriction does not apply to contract specialty items, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, haulers or snow removal service providers.
