Prepayments; Optional Prepayment. Subject to the provisions herein, the Issuer may, at any time and from time to time prior to the Maturity Date, prepay the principal amount of this Note, in whole or in part, without penalty or premium, on any Business Day. Prepayments of this Note must be accompanied by payment of accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount prepaid to and including the date of payment.
