Common use of Prepayment of Rent Payments Clause in Contracts

Prepayment of Rent Payments. (i) In the event that Lessor is at any time required to repay Loans relating to the Aircraft and the Spare Engines pursuant to Section 2.4C(ii) of the Credit Agreement, Lessor shall notify Lessee of such required prepayment and Lessee shall immediately prepay an amount of Basic Rent equal to the amount of such required prepayment less any required payments of the Loans relating to the Aircraft and the Spare Engines actually made by the Lessor from Insurance Proceeds or Condemnation Proceeds (as each such term is defined in the Credit Agreement) received directly by the Lessor.
