Prepayment mechanics. All prepayments described in Sections 3.03 and 3.04 (other than any prepayment made pursuant to the final sentence of Section 5.07(a) which prepayment shall be applied in accordance with such Section 5.07(a)) shall be applied to the Initial Term Loans and the Additional Term Loans pro rata, and in the inverse order of the maturities of the installments of the Loans then outstanding. Amounts prepaid may not be reborrowed. Any prepayment made or required to be made pursuant to Sections 3.03 or 3.04 shall be made together with all accrued but unpaid interest thereon and all other amounts (including, without limitation, any amounts due pursuant to Article V) then due from the Borrower hereunder.
