Preparing and Executing Documents. The Administrator will prepare, or cause to be prepared, all documents that the Trust is required to prepare, file or deliver under the Transaction Documents and the other Series Related Documents, including all financing and continuation statements, and amendments to such statements, required to be filed pursuant to Section 5.1(b) of the Master Collateral Agreement. The Administrator will cause the documents to be executed by the Trust or may execute the documents as Administrator on behalf of the Trust. Upon preparation or execution of the documents by the Trust or by the Administrator on behalf of the Trust, the Administrator will file or deliver the documents as required by the Transaction Documents and the other Series Related Documents. The Administrator will prepare, or cause to be prepared and, after execution by the Trust, file with the Commission any documents required to be prepared and filed on a periodic basis with the Commission pursuant to the Master Collateral Agreement or any Trust Financing Agreement.
