Common use of Preparation of Redeveloper Public Improvements Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Redeveloper Public Improvements Construction Documents. Based upon the Schematic Drawings, the Redeveloper shall prepare or cause to be prepared, at Redeveloper’s own cost and expense detailed final construction plans and specifications for the Redeveloper Public Improvements. Said construction plans and specifications shall be in compliance with the City of Lincoln Design Standards including, but not limited to, the Lincoln Downtown Design Standards and the Design Standards for Pedestrian Circulation in Commercial and Industrial Areas.

Preparation of Redeveloper Public Improvements Construction Documents. Based upon the Schematic Drawings, the Redeveloper shall prepare or cause to be prepared, at Redeveloper’s own cost and expense expense, subject to reimbursement with available TIF Proceeds as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement, detailed final construction plans and specifications for the Redeveloper Public Improvements. Said construction plans and specifications shall be in compliance with the City of Lincoln Design Standards including, but not limited to, the Lincoln Downtown Design Standards and the Design Standards for Pedestrian Circulation in Commercial and Industrial Areas.
