Common use of Preparation of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Documentation. When a new position is created or an existing position modified (to the extent that the duties and responsibilities performed have changed sufficiently enough to warrant a modification in job class) the manager will complete a Job Analysis Questionnaire Where required and available, the manager will also compile the job profile, the Job Description, the Job Qualifications and other relevant documents. The employee shall also have the opportunity to provide any relevant documents to manager. From these documents, the Corporation may develop a new Job Description for the purpose of the evaluation process and for other applications within the Corporation.
