Common use of Preparation of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Certificates. Cooperate with each Holder to facilitate the timely preparation and delivery of certificates representing Registrable Securities to be sold pursuant to a registration statement, which certificates shall be free of all restrictive legends, and cause such certificates to be in such denominations and registered in such names as each Holder may request at least two Business Days prior to any sale of Registrable Securities.
