Preparation of Certificates. Notwithstanding anything to the ---------------------------- contrary in this Agreement, Broker and MLIDC shall cooperate fully in the preparation of and execution of any certificates that may be required by a regulatory authority or by Applicable Law, in connection with the offer, sale, and/or servicing of the Contracts.
