Preparation of Certificates; Adjustments for Actual Delivery. With respect to the preparation of any certificate pursuant to Section 2.06(a) or Section 5.05, to the extent that the actual quantity is not available to the Purchaser or the Seller, as the case may be, by the fifth Business Day after the end of the applicable Delivery Month, the Purchaser or the Seller, as the case may be, may prepare any certificate required to be prepared hereunder based on nominated quantities, subject to reduction for any known periods when nominated quantities were not delivered and subject to later correction based on actual data. If such certificate is rendered based on nominated quantities rather than actual quantities, the Purchaser or the Seller, as the case may be, shall render a corrected certificate as soon as possible after actual quantities are known.
